This experience was incredible. It started with Justin, the salesperson, who was warm, professional, informative and responsive to my concerns and needs. Next was Another Justin who was responsible for the crew and work being done. He took the time to make sure everything was being done correctly and my questions and concerns were addressed. The crew was friendly, professional and explained things along the way. They completely cleaned inside and outside the house before they left. On top of everything the windows are beautiful and perfectly installed. I highly recommend Thompson Creek windows and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The installation crew was incredibly efficient, polite, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. The project manager was available by phone and then was on site to oversee the transformation of my home. He took the time to explain how everything worked, why things were being done and the next steps of the project. Thompson Creek was recommended to me, and I in turn would recommend them to anyone. We replaced all doors and windows and converted a screened in porch naturally we were anxious about cost and quality. This company offers a quality product that is sure to last. Some companies miss the mark on quality but are great at customer service or great at customer service but not quality products. This company excelled at every level and exceeded my expectations. Your specialist Mr. Boysen was obviously a seasoned professional. He gave us additional information on transforming our porch into a sunroom. We are just beginning the process of renovating our screened in porch. After spending time with him. My husband and I began to feel more confident with our decision to use Thompson Creek. We have a large picture window in our living room. It is a lovely addition to our home. Our window came from Thompson Creek.
