Oh my goodness!!! I just love my new floor!! Roland Thompson work diligently cutting each piece of this floating floor to exact measurements ! His helper, George, did good work also!! Roland never took a break for 6 hours! He has done custom carpeting and kitchen flooring for me for 45 years and it’s always just a joy!! I live in a condo and when I have socials, folks always comment on the custom work! Roland will bend over backwards to make his customers very pleased and happy!! He is a great example of: “ The customer is always right!” His showroom is stocked with any flooring your heart desires! If you have children, he has a wonderful kid’s playroom with lots of interactive toys to delight them while you look for that perfect flooring for your home🥳🥰

Our home sustained major water damage requiring new hardwood, carpet and ceramic tile replacement in the main level and vinyl flooring in the entire lower level totaling about 3000 sq ft. Thompson's was a life saver for us. From selection to service the entire staff was outstanding! Robert helped us with selections and worked within our budget to choose the perfect products. The installers were professional, skilled and detailed oriented. Rowland Thompson was on site several times and clearly leads by example. His knowledge, skill and professionalism is exemplary.

I recently had Thompson Flooring install a new hardwood floor, a new hardwood staircase, a custom-made carpet runner for the stairs, plus new main bedroom carpeting. The staircase, in particular, was a complex job, and Robert Hargis and Roland Thompson were with me throughout, ensuring that the finished product was of the highest standards. Roland is highly skilled in his trade, stands behind his work, and shows a great deal of care for his customers in ways that I have not seen with other companies. Thompson Flooring is truly the best in the business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Top notch quality and service is fantastic. What a great man and company to work with. I am new to MD and to Frederick and did not know who to go to, Roland was recommended and I hit the jackpot!!! I would recommend him to anybody. He goes above and beyond to accommodate you and work with your schedule and the flooring was done exactly when I asked for it to be done.
