Tidy Tia LLC

Rip-off. They quoted us at 3-4 hours with 3 people, but dragged the job on for 7 hours, skipped my office entirely, and tried to charge me almost $1K. I hired Tidy Tia LLC for a house cleaning after the owner visited our home and she estimated it would take 3-4 hours with 3 people at $175 per hour. She said our house was clean during the estimate and again the day of the cleaning when she arrived. Despite having a team of 4 (herself included), the job took 7 hours, and they didn’t even clean my office as they’d originally scoped. The work was ok, but there as an obvious lack of urgency and it felt like we were being taken advantage of (milking the clock). The owner billed me for $1,137.50 for 6.5 hours with a one-hour “courtesy discount”, bringing my total to $962.50. This was not a 26 h

Tidy Tia's team does an amazing job! I have used them for several months after trying multiple other companies and could not be more pleased. They have done things no other service has and the smell when you get home is so refreshing, not to mention how pleasant and friendly these ladies are!! I highly recommend them.
