Pipe joint sprung a leak ... Tim responded quickly ... replaced a joint section of the hot water line .... I'm happy to do business with him. Several years ago he replaced a bathroom fixture ... excellent and the price was right.

These guys are awesome. They installed a new water heater at my house 4.5 years ago and it went out at 11:30 at night on a Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning right after they opened and they picked right up. The receptionist asked if she could text me, to which I gladly obliged as I was at work all day. She soon texted me to inform me that my water heater was covered under the six year warranty, but they did not have the correct size in stock, but they could have one delivered and installed the next day. Great! The dude that came to install it was just that, a dude. Very nice and courteous and cleaned up really well. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

A great experience from start to finish. Professional, prompt, punctual. When my hot water heater burst, I had no idea what to do, or who to call. A quick Google search answered both of these questions. First of all, I took care of turning off and draining my water heater myself, then I called Tim Nate. Marie answered the phone in a friendly manner and talked me through the process of replacing the heater. She quoted me and told me that she would contact her plumbers and determine when one was available. She gave me a call a few minutes later and told me that servicemen would be arriving later that day. They replaced an outdoor faucet and a sump pump. All work explained beforehand, pointing out the issues involved. They even corrected the old, faulty sump exit pipe installation. The resulting work was clean, professional.

After getting nowhere with other plumbers in the area. Tim Nate was here the next day. And found the leaky pipe and fixed it fast and efficiently! I will be calling him first should I ever need any plumbing done again. Highly recommend Tim Nate Plumbing! ThankYou!!
