Absolutely no instructions telling you how to do anything. When you arrive and go into the staging area. There's no instructions, no phone number, no signs telling you what to do, where to go, who to call. You have to get your information from another driver for the phone number to call and check in. Once they call you to go to the area to load you get no directions on how to get there. It's so easy. Just to say, go over the railroad tracks and make your first left but instead you get no instructions or directions at all. Having said all that, every single employee that I encountered was extremely nice and friendly. Very professional. Pros: • The product looks great at first glance. Cons: • Everything else. This product is a horrible choice for Southwest Florida. It expands and contracts up to ¾”, which creates a wavy, uneven deck. • It holds excessive heat and scratches far too easily. • The company boasts about “screw-less installation,” but due to the extreme expansion/contraction, the boards pop out of the clips. When I called customer service (which was terrible), they told me they don’t actually recommend screw-less installation. • I asked them to inspect what I believe is a defective product in my $60,000 deck. Instead of coming out, they only asked for pictures and dismissed the issue. • Their “solution” was to send me screws but only if I signed an agreement not to complain or leave a bad review. Very disappointed with timbertech products. The conceal lock fasteners are the worst design ever. Mostly because they do not keep the boards spaced evenly when installing. I would definitely recommend using spacers. Which the instructions suggest optional. Also if you have to make a repair you have to remove all the boards. Found the boards are very difficult to clean. The texture traps mud and very difficult to clean. I do not recommend timbertech products.

The composite product is terrible in the winter icing, especially for the cost It is very slick normally, then add some fine snow, not good. Also, in the evening when it gets colder from remaining wet, in has a thin coat of ice. With pet friendly melt, my dog still slipped and fell twice. Also, in the summer it gets very hot.

Had to blind side in from all the lumber piled up but not bad girl in office receiver had attitude other than that not bad
