Timeless Stone Marble & Granite

Timeless stone is by far the only place you need to have your countertops replaced. Fernanda is terrific, she was very patient with us and had some wonderfull thoughts and suggestions for our project. communication and workmanship is right on. The installation process was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend Timeless Stone.

The products were excellent, the sales procedure was painless, the final fitting was extremely precise, and the installation team was wonderful. I spent thousands with Timeless for new granite countertops, and my experience was a rollercoaster. The installation took place on 7/7. Within 30 minutes of the crew leaving, I noticed multiple gouges in the stone—two of which were right on my island, the centerpiece and most used part of my kitchen. I called the company immediately. A repair was completed on 7/17, but it only made things worse—the filler was flaking and the patches were more noticeable than the original damage. I made multiple follow-up calls (7/17, 7/18, and 7/24) and was told each time that a manager would call me back. For weeks, I received no response. At the same time, I noticed that the counter to the left of my stove was visibly uneven, something I hadn’t even been able to report yet due to the lack of follow-up.

Go to Timeless Stone first! They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and stocked with a great variety of stone. I am not at all talented in the area of kitchen/bathroom design, but a few strolls through Timeless Stone's collections, and with Jennifer's guidance, I selected the beautiful counter and vanity tops I now have. From selection to installation, they deserve 5 stars!
