Using Titan Heating & Air Conditioning was a very pleasant experience. Jack and his partner were both very professional and had a lot of expertise. They made sure I understood what repairs were needed for my boiler, ordered the part right away and left me with some space heaters just in case the part didn't arrive before the weekend. They returned two days later to repair the hot water heater. I couldn't have asked for more - they deserve more than 5 stars!

Robert showed up right on time to fix my gas furnace. He quickly figured out the issue after going through the troubleshooting process, and made sure I was ordering the right part online. He then came back the next day to install it. I'm sure to use Titan Heating & Air Conditioning again when it's time to replace my furnace in the spring, thanks to their great customer service.

Titan Heating & Air Conditioning is a professional, reliable, reasonably priced shop. I got my furnace problem resolved the same day I called. The person who answered my morning call gave me a quote estimate after listening to my problem and scheduled a tech to visit later in the day. I got a call before the tech arrived. I am extremely satisfied with every interaction I had with the people at Titan Heating and Air. The staff members in the office were professional and pleasant every time I called. Amy spent a lot of time with me answering every question I had and we discussed the best ways to increase the comfort in my home. The techs did a fantastic job installing my new A/C unit, furnace, and insulation. They checking in with me before, during, and after the installation to make sure everything was what I had requested.
