Saul Martinez from Titan Pest Solutions provided absolutely top-tier service at my home. He was professional, thorough, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He carefully swept away all the spider webs around the exterior and made sure to spray both inside and outside, covering every area that needed attention. I really appreciated how detailed he was and how he explained everything he was doing along the way. On top of doing an excellent job, Saul was friendly, courteous, and yes — very handsome! It’s not every day you get great customer service and a tech who leaves such a positive impression. First off I have not started service as of yet. But observed a Titan truck servicing next door asked technician if he could speak with me when he was done and he did stop by before leaving. Saul (the technician) was very polite and answered all of my questions and concerns in a professional manner.
