Titanus Cement Wall Co

We used Titanus for our foundation in Rochester Hills. The price was right there with all the other bids we got but there service and quality was top notch. We have lived in the home for 5 years now and had the basement recently finished and had several comments from the contractors about how nice and plumb and square everything was. I would highly recommend this company.

My 30 year old basement has numerous rod hole leaks, which has ruined my previously finished basement. Lots of other people in my neighborhood have similar problems. At one point, I had a MAJOR floor to ceiling crack which was leaking like a broken pipe. I called numerous times and finally had to go to battle with the owner in order to get them to honor their "Lifetime Guarantee" and it was like pulling teeth. After having to threaten them with legal action, they finally came through and repaired their work. Technology has changed from 30 years ago, so hopefully they do better work now.

We used Titanus for our footings and foundation walls. We had some really poor weather, but these guys made it happen. They are professionals and did a fantastic job, in a timely manner. I would certainly use them again.

Receptionist rude, wouldn't listen to questions and said they aren't accepting any new work. Wonder how the owner feels about this?
