We are using Titus company's service at our different locations since 2015 and their services are very good, they have well trained tech people, they always do their job satisfactory.

Very unprofessional, unethical shady business practices. Terribly rude people! Beware of this company!

Awesome delivery and set up of new blue tooth App machines on our property. We have partnered with Titus for over twenty years - their owner Robert Titus has gone above and beyond to help accommodate our request and help make needed improvements - the new machines are fabulous and their support with set up has been immediate upon request - the new technology provides excellent detail tracking on use of each machine helping us to know our specific needs and generated revenue . Everything that we requested they have provided- smaller family owned business with the intent to take care of their customers ! The owner has worked really hard to back the integrity on Titus and is customer satisfaction driven - great partnership !!

I have been around for quite awhile and I believe that a man is only as good as his word. I have been so disappointed in people, but then came along the people at Titus. It has been one of the very best experiences, making a purchase or simply dealing with someone, I have ever had. They are HONEST, HELPFUL, KIND and CARING people.
