TJM Sewer and Plumbing

I hate to leave a bad review, especially for a local business, but I’ve given TJM Sewer & Plumbing plenty of time to fix things to no avail. On December 26, I paid a $125 estimate fee and was quoted $4,500 to replace a pump and tank and redo plumbing. I was told the $125 would be credited if we moved forward. When the work was done, they determined the tank did not need to be replaced, yet I was still charged the full $4,500 and the estimate fee was not deducted. Shortly after installation, the pump was not functioning properly. When I asked them to return to fix it, they attempted to sell me a whole-house filtration system instead of addressing the issue. TJM Saves the day! Todd, Chris, and the TJM team were outstanding. We had an excellent experience with TJM. We noticed strong sewer gas odor on a Friday morning. Todd and Chris quickly came out and determined we had a broken sewer pipe. They were back at my house Saturday morning with a big crew to fix the issue. Our repair was very involved. It was big and extensive repair. It required saw cutting our driveway, opening the foundation, and major excavating to access the broken pipes and fix the issue. Todd, Chis, & crew had our plumbing fixed that afternoon. They were back Monday to finish things up and closed things out with the inspector. I had a wonderful experience with TJM Plumbing. They were right on time. They were knowledgeable and efficient, finishing everything they said they would in 2 hours. And that included an unexpected trip to Home Depot to ensure they had a part which would not leak. He charged exactly what his estimate said he would charge. I would call them again for any job in my home.

Very happy with the initial visit, was with in the hour. They promptly put camera in sewer line and quickly identified the problem to the 61 year old Cast main sewer line. They had to break through concrete slab to replace all cast. Messy job but needed to be done! I will be using them again to install a tub! Highly recommend TJM!!!!

Man this company is the BOMB! I called and got same day service. Chris and Christian showed up and diagnosed my issue with 10 mins and had my kitchen sink and 1st floor toilet fixed with the hour. 2 issues only $400. THEY DIDN'T EVWN WAKE MY SLEEPING KIDS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
