Called and made an appointment for them to look at a foundation crack at our house at the recommendation of our real estate agent. I took off time from work to meet but the appointment came and went and no one showed up. I called again and spoke to someone politely telling them no one showed up and I would like to schedule another appointment. They said someone would call me back but that never happened either. If you cant even trust them to show up to an appointment they scheduled or even call you back how can you trust their work?very unprofessional group a little embarrassing for the realtor to recommend people who don't fulfill their appointments. I also only live 2.5 miles away from their business.

I tried to get an estimate for my project 3 times over the course of 3 weeks and no one ever got in touch with me. After reading other reviews I decided it’s probably for the best.

Emailed multiple times and left voicemails about a faulty window they installed in our basement and never have heard back . Ignoring me. Poor customer service
