They worked on the neighboring lot. I was at home at the time and my garage door was open. They also had to work on MY PROPERTY to put the lines down but they did not even have the courtesy to inform me about it. They did not locate lines as they are supposed to and cut my internet cable. On top of it, they did not inform me and just tried to sneak out. When I confronted them they did not offer to call Spectrum for me or anything. In fact he did not even say sorry. I called their office multiple times to discuss the issue. Today, almost 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for my call to be returned.

Bought a home which Tool Time Electric was the electrical subcontractor for the builder. Disappointed at the work done by them. Receptacles pushed in, tilted and plates pushed in. Seems like they put newbies to do this house and there wasn’t a Forman to check behind them. Do not recommend them at all.
