Top Notch Landscape & Irrigation

Top notch should be called top botched!!!!!! They were called to Just Trim our Bougainvillea Trees that took years to mature! This was the results.. they ruined the trees and the landscaping!! Do not call this company unless you are wanting your trees cut down and ruin your landscaping!!!!! The worst landscaping company in Brevard!!! The worst!

Grateful to call this vendor a partner of ours. We have about 5 acers of landscape which is no easy task to maintain yet Top Notch makes it look easy. Our landscape is beautiful, well maintained, and Top Notch goes above and beyond to help the community. Special shout out to Will. He's very responsive and takes pride in his work. This company is contracted by both my workplace and apartment complex. One day during work, I notice their mowers getting concerningly close to my car (which I'm very picky about keeping clean). Was very annoyed by this as every time I come out after their mowing, my car is obliterated with clippings all over and inside (I like to crack my windows). This time I come out to the usual clippings and mud flung all over my freshly washed car, but as I approached my driver door, I noticed a fairly large dent and scratch in my door from where their mowers flung a rock at the side of my door (Hard to see in pictures, much more noticeable in person). Mind you I just paid a thousand to get the other door repaired. I reached out, documented all and filed a report with my workplaces facilities/securit

Horrible company never finishes community does main areas and leaves the rest of community never cut weed Wacked or grass blown off driveways. When i i call I get so many excuses while the workers sitting in the shade on their phones zoom in and see 2 foot grass seedlings I am on weeks 3 no cut Today IS ANOTHER 3 WEEKS AS OF TUES COMING. They came cut the front of community middle and scattered houses never touching west side .. this company is horrible stay away.. they give so many excuses . They never do a complete cut of community 😒.. Tried calling company no answer again I got back into home 1/2 of my street cut on 1 side the other side never cut, 1,/2 of circle in community cut and other side not as usual mine not cut going on 3 weeks as of monday.

They spray weed killer instead of having to weed eat. Stay away from this company! The only good reviews they get are from management companies and friends. There is a lot of back scratching that goes on in that business. WARNING STAY AWAY! Latest photos added. After I told them NOT to spray weed killer they do this. I guess it’s easier to kill the grass than to edge the mulch line. This HOA hired them and they are terrible. STAY AWAY!
