Need to give a shout out to Top Tech Heating & Air! I very much appreciate the efforts given as they were quick to respond to my call along with their time spent on the phone troubleshooting with the manufacturer and trying to get the part(s) warrantied by the manufacturer. They went out of their way more than once to keep my guests and I comfortable while my AC was acting up. Thanks, fellas!

I was scammed out of $3500. From a top tech employee. They brought a "new" unit. It hasn't worked more than 36 hrs. This was in June its now nov. I have to put in and pull out fuse to make heat come off and on. Finally got a different technician. They said they were not responsible for their employees' theft of my $3500. Then sent me another $75.00 bill. Use these people at your own risk.

Got hit today because a driver pulled out in the most unsafe way. And then paused on his way across a busy hwy. Your drivers are usually either on the phone or eating I get its hard when you don't have an office. But other lives shouldn't be at stake to make sure you get your last minute done. But it's a good note of how your business cares for its customers.

After getting the run around by several local electricians. Top Tech came over exactly on time and went to work immediately. They found our issue and fixed it quickly. The techs were very nice and knowledgeable. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new unit 3-4 yrs ago have had nothing but trouble outta it already had to have them but freon in it and now it's back to not cooling down that was 5500 I paid and for it to be under warranty but can't seem to get it fixed . 100/10 don’t recommend they don’t know what they are doing 5500.00 wasted on a bad job now it’s quit and had sparks coming out of the inside unit
