We purchased a shed from Rob and had a wonderful experience. And then the delivery happened and the driver left a tremendous amount of damage in our yard. We expected some, but the tractor left 10’x20’ divots and crumpled sand and sod that there was just NO way we could leave it alone and fix it ourselves. So my husband started communicating with Rob - every few days we would call Rob and he said he hadn’t heard back from Liberty and he would give them a call again, The delivery date was March 1st. By April 1st we still had “no word” from Liberty so my husband decided to call Liberty directly. We were surprised that they called back immediately and apologized profusely that they had no idea about our situation and that Rob hadn’t contacted them about any issues. That was a huge yell
