I have been a loyal customer since they saved me from a misdiagnosed issues that another company wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix. They serviced my old system for years and even when things took a while to order because of difficulties from manufacturers/distributors they never left me hanging. They always found a way to keep my old system running, even if it was a Templar fix. Making sure my family didn’t suffer with a downed unit. When I needed a new system they installed it very quickly at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Anyone who wants their heating a cooling issues repaired quickly. They will always treat you with respect, honesty and quality work.

Finding a business that is honest is a rare thing, especially for a woman. From the very first phone contact with Mr. Williams to the service call with Rick I was given the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous service I have ever encountered during my 13 years in Jacksonville. I called with an AC problem on Thursday evening and Rick was here the very next morning. He took the extra time to explain some very important details to help me prevent trouble in the future, and I am very grateful. Without a doubt Rick is an expert when it comes to AC, but more than that. He truly seemed like he cared about his work and also about the situation I was in without air conditioning in this heat. Sure, he could have easily been dishonest with me and charged me for things that weren't necessary

We got a brand new A/C system in our house and it wasn’t working properly. The team was very responsive and quick to solve the problem! They care about their customers and even did a check up call. (Which you don’t see that much anymore). I can now say my house is nice and cool thanks to Total Comfort Sytems!
