Keith and William went above and beyond!! We had a garage door spring snap, and we were unable to lift the 375lb door ourselves. They arrived within a few hours to get our cars out same-day. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Due to the weight of our (unusually heavy) door, we needed to wait an extra day for a particular spring to be available locally. The repair is now complete; woohoo! While they were here, they took care of additional items at no charge: added lube to all moving parts, repaired wiring that was corroded, and added longer pins in all 4 corners to ensure the door would never come out of the tracks. Absolutely fantastic service by Keith today! In the first five minutes he was here, he fixed a problem we’ve had for months. Then he tuned up both our garage doors and they are quieter now than they have ever been since we bought our house 10 years ago! I was also pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the final bill was. Great experience. I was able to schedule an appointment online. Specialist arrived on schedule, diagnosed and repaired the problem. Didn’t try to upsell me anything. Based on first experience, I highly recommend. They also provide free quotes unlike other companies that want to charge $50.
