Jonas and his son Brandon and additional workers were amazing. We had a pipe fitting break in an interior wall on our 1st floor on a Saturday evening. Total Solutions came out the following Sunday to start gutting damaged material and begin the drying and restoration process promptly which helped ease my and my wife's worries of having wet damaged material in the house for too long after the initial leak. Any time something like this happens, it's heartbreaking, stressful, and nuisance to your daily routine/work schedule and life. They were very thorough, punctual, polite, and communicated timing of when they needed to stop by giving us plenty of heads up to accommodate. Brandon did such an amazing job! His 3 step process made my carpets so clean and removed 99% of my carpet stains! He worked really hard to ensure that the job was done well and that I was satisfied as a customer. I recommend him to all that are in need of carpet cleaning. Jonas and Brandon came out on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency call. We had sewage back up into the basement. At first, I thought this only affected the laundry room but instead, it went everywhere. Jonas could tell I was in shock and reassured me that everything would be fine. They do a fantastic job of letting you know the process of the cleanup. They are an amazing company and recommend them to everyone!

Update: We had a couch cleaned and 4 rooms + two staircases cleaned and are exceptionally happy once again! Brandon is extremely thorough, goes the extra mile, and shows pride in his work. We have a tough job with 2 dogs in the house, so appreciate the effort he puts in to making sure he’s able to do all he can for us.
