Fabulous experience with this company. Not only did they come out the very next morning after I called them, they answered their phone on a Sunday. Their price was very reasonable. The man, Mark that came out to do my carpet was so friendly and so pleasant to talk to. It felt like a real personal experience rather than just business. They actually steam cleaned my carpets rather than just use the dry chemical. They turned out so beautiful looking and smell fabulous. I am so happy with this company. Mark and Lori are absolutley amazing people who do a fantastic job. One of the best experiences I've had with a business. I called last minute to have my carpets cleaned so that my 6 week early preemie baby could move in to our new home. They worked late and were some of the nicest people I have met. I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets. I definitely made the right choice by using them.

Lori and Mark are amazing! We moved from out of state and Lori arranged for our carpets to be cleaned and stretched. My brother in law met them, they were very profession and on time. When we showed up our carpets looked like new! I would highly recommend them for any of your carpet needs. We will definitely be using them again! WOW! Our carpets and kitchen tile are some 18 years old. In that time, we've had 2 cats, and 3 dogs (not at the same time). We lost our 14 year old dog recently, and she'd had some accidents... Then, we got a rescue pup, who causes we Ladies to spill RED wine. I had this fear Totally Clean Carpets would come out and laugh at the idea of getting it all clean. No, not the case. It was inspected and quoted on Friday by Linda. It was fully cleaned, including enzymes (great thinking Linda), by Amber and Jesse. This is one tight team. They worked for HOURS!
