Touch of Color Flooring

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I have a brand-new home in New Kent, Virginia, and within two years, my entire downstairs flooring has buckled, separated, and lifted in multiple areas. I have been dealing with this since June and Touch of Color has done nothing but ignore, dodge, and delay. They refused to return my calls or texts for weeks at a time. The only reason I even got a response was because someone who personally knows them contacted them for me. After that, they came to my house three different times one visit included a third-party assessor who completed a full inspection and submitted their report. I was told I would hear back from Touch of Color within a week or so, and if not, to call the number I already had for them. Well, it’s been over a MONTH. I have c
