Town of Carmel Highway Department

I have never in my life dealt with the someone so rude! Stacy the secretary of Mike Simone was rude, nasty and not at all helpful after calling them regarding one of their plow truck drivers hit my car. I was screamed at and hung up on. When I called back and demanded to speak with mike Simone I was told by her that there was no way he would call me back. I don’t know who you people think you are but I am a taxpayer in this town and that’s how you get paid!! You should be a little nicer to people in your community. As for Stacy, you are nasty and mean!

Called this morning because in front of my house and both my neighbors houses, it was a sheet of ice and very dangerous specially, for my elderly neighbor who lives next-door they came and sanded and then came back this afternoon and removed all the ice and amazing job. Thank you so very much.

Request not attended to. 10 minute job. Fix stop sign, inadvertently hit by snowplow(understandable) and pickup asphalt curbing on our neighbors lawn.

The highway workers have gone above and beyond our expectations, often working double shifts or more. Thanks to those that are keeping our roads safe.

People working here are always great specially the front desk lady. She is so polite and informative about how things are done and why.
