I’ve been a regular customer here, but the current process for buying pine shavings for my birds lacks any common sense. They used to keep the shavings inside; now, they are located outside, about 25 yards away by the storage yard. The Issues: 1. Zero Customer Convenience: The workflow is completely backwards. You have to go out to the yard to get the item, walk back into the store to pay, and then go back out again to load your truck. It should be a "pay and pick up" system, not a hike back and forth. 2. Damaged Inventory: Because they are stored outside, the bags are in rough shape. As seen in my photos, every 3rd or 4th bag was damaged, with shavings falling out all over the ground. I have purchased 2 of the chicken coops. They have a really nice variety. My bunnies are really enjoying their "winter condos"! The coops both fit perfectly on my porch. I was helped by 2 women. Shelby and another, Unfortunately I don't remeber her name. These women were so professional. We're able to drive a forklift in very tight conditions perfectly. This is the store where I buy all the products I need for my 3 rabbits. Always a pleasure. Thankyou ladies.

Why is the mens bathroom at the Greer location always looks like a war zone? The floor was mopped but the toilet area looked like a crowded pig sty. For some reason the men's room at that location seems to never get cleaned. The staff is always helpful and friendly but apparently it's against the rules to clean a bathroom at that location.

Tractor supply company has a great selection of turf builder, grass seed, fertilizer, mulch and much more lawn care supplies and tools. The people are very helpful in helping to find what you need. They came out and helped me load the bags of fertilizer, lawn seed and weed and feed that I purchased.
