30 plus minutes to get through to talk to a real person on the phone everytime... Update 3 years later and they still have terrible customer service and can't get them on the phone.
They definitely need more help, but almost always go the extra mile.
Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Come to these guys for all HVAC needs!
