First thing you must realize is Trane supply Stores are set up to sell professional HVACR technicians, Trane parts and are usually not set up to supply all makes and models. Very good manager went out of his way to help me with non Trane part, was there from out of town working and not familiar with area supply houses, other counter person not as helpful, clean and organized store, will go back when working in area,

John and Jerry are top notch guys when we need Trane parts and HVAC supplies, in response to the guy above.....they don't want to sell to homeowners due to liability plus they're cutting their own throats because when licensed contractors see them selling to homeowners it makes us want to go somewhere else. Keep up the good work guys!

I'm just a regular guy. Mechanical engineer by day and my wife and I have a handful of rental properties that I deal with in my spare time. When we buy a new rental property, there are 3 things that I do, replace all plumbing, Install a new water heater and install a new HVAC system. Most of the houses we buy are foreclosures so the HVAC system is typically missing anyway..
