I had gotten Ray's number from my landscaper after getting three other quotes. I needed a very large dead tree removed. Ray came out the day after we spoke, which was a Sunday, and left me a shockingly better quote than all of the other tree companies. I had to call and ask if it was a mistake. It wasn't. He wanted to know when I needed to get it done, told him whatever works for him. He said he'd work me into his schedule. Well, here we are the next day...tree is gone. Ray came when he said he would for estimate, which was reasonable. Good discussion about what I wanted done, which was to reshape remaining tree limbs after two large ones had previously fallen on house. Arrived on time, good communication throughout job, finished in a timely manner. Very happy with, and appreciate, a job well done.

Ray gave me the best quote and schedule /arrived within two weeks. He guaranteed an 8:15 AM arrival and was here by 8:10 AM his crew got started promptly on my huge over 15 year old silver maple tree and with the right tools and manpower took the tree down by 11:30 AM entire job/cleanup complete by 3 PM including the stump grinding but also grinded an extra piece left from a prior removal. Had them do previous work last year and went ok for the most part then when I called to have them come over to do more trimming and tree removal. Owner came to do an estimate and said it wasn't a problem at all. I followed up with him to get the estimate and all he did was complain about the job and when trying to reason with him he began swearing at me and saying very profound things. It's as simple to say ur unable to do the job or not interested. But instead decided to freak out over nothing and then hang up on me . I wouldn't recommend this company at all the owner definitely has a mouth on him and doesn't care. Very poor business ethics
