Trifecta Heating & Air Conditioning

My 25-year-old air-conditioning unit went completely out yesterday. I called and thought it was going to be a major repair. Sean and John got the unit working in a very timely manner! Thank you for an excellent job.

John & Sean are the A Team of Trifecta. They did a great job. The two of them performed their work efficiently, accurately, to my high standards, & they exceeded my expectations. They were on time, polite, respected my house, kept me informed on their work, cleaned up after they finished their work, & left me confident that I received my money's worth. I would recommend both John, Sean & Trifecta to my best friend.

Second time using Trifecta and while I was very happy before, the service today was even better. Mauro, our service technician was on time, took his time and did a very thorough job of servicing both our heater and AC unit. He even took the time to write down the full model number and year of each unit, which I had no idea of since they were installed by our home's prior owner. He even cleaned the area around the heater and was incredibly clean, wearing foot protection whenever inside our home. Could not have been any happier.

Once again I need to comment on the excellent service Trifecta provided. Our furnace stopped working in this cold snap. The two technicians John and Shawn came out and took a look at our problem. We were fearing the worse but it turned to be no more than a loose wire. Not only did they reconnect it but showed us how to fix it if it ever happened again. We were not happy about having a repair issue but totally happy with the outcome and the respect we were shown. If you need to call for repairs we highly recommend this company.

I so highly recommend Trifecta. Late last year we had our entire house rezoned and tubing in air ducts replaced. Trifecta team was so awesome and Anthony did a great job on the install. We also at this time last year added a Quiet Cool fan and Anthony again did a great install. Last week we discovered our 25+ year old heating and AC units were ready to be replaced. We called Trifecta again and once again they didn't disappoint. I was so happy to see Anthony again walk in and felt great knowing he would be leading the charge in replacing these. He and Nathan worked so hard all day and night to complete the job and today we are enjoying a quiet heating unit that is keeping us warm!
