Trindco Premium Countertops

I am really impressed with my ne countertops. They brightened up our kitchen. I used Lowes for these countertops. The process from purchasing, scheduling, measuring, product review , then install was great. I love the face that when Trindco sent a picture of the final slab, invited us to the warehouse to view the entire slab. I recommend going to Trindco and viewing the entire slab before cutting, making sure it’s what you want for your home. The process was easy, and I received high quality countertops. We removed the old counter tops ourselves to cut on cost; to find mistake by the builders. I sent a picture to Julie, and she told me what needed repairing prior to installing it. I am really impressed with trindco! I used homedepot for my new counter tops who contracted trindco. Julia has been so helpful and answered all of my many questions promptly. When I purchased the countertops through home depot I was given an estimate of 8 weeks for installation however once trinco came out to measure my countertops were installed within about 2 weeks. The process was easy and I was delivered High quality countertops. You need to read your contract thoroughly so you understand what they are contracted to do so you can have things prepared for them to install. I have seen some reviews that arent positive and i think the issue is lack of communication on the consumers part and understanding Trindco's process which most of those things can be avoided by reading the contract. This was our first experience with Trindco, but we would definitely use them again in the future if the need arises. From the measurements to the installation, they were professional and kept us abreast of the progress on an almost daily basis. Highly recommend.

We remodeled our kitchen about a year and a half ago using Indigo Kitchens with Trindco doing the installation on our countertops. I could not have been happier with the professionalism and the quality of the service from them. We recently went through Home Depot to have bathroom counters replaced and did not know that Trindco would also be the countertop supplier. We were equally as satisfied with the customer service and the quality of work they provided. They were quick to answer any questions we had and the installers were top-notch. Would highly recommend!!
