Trott's Carpet

Just had Tile installed in kitchen, hall ,laundry and bathroom. Quickly done and left the job tidy and clean. 5 years ago carpeted 2 bedrooms.excellent job both times. Patti was very helpful in picking out tile and grout color.

We had an entire house carpeted by Trott carpet a few years back, . During the install the installers that were here busted up our drywall at the bottom. After about three months, the carpet was all wrinkled, we called them and they charged us $200 to take the wrinkles out and there was a Warrenty , and we still had to pay them. About a year and a half after that it wrinkled again, we called them back again still under warranty and had to pay them again. This is our vacation home the carpet has never been mistreated, it gets about 3 to 4 weeks a year of use, The shape of the carpet is in excellent condition, hardly used. we have tried calling them several times year after year they refused to come over, then they started using this excuse about warranties, and it’s still under warranty, t

New to town, had a pretty unreasonable timeframe for a carpet install in 2 bedrooms and 2 walk in closets before moving truck arrived. From Patti taking the call, to Phil showing us options, coming same day to measure and getting pricing together to Greg doing the install. All great experiences.
