I've had the pleasure of having Troy Humphrey moving and storage do our moves a couple times during and after my husband's military career! They're always phenomenal! Nicest people to work with! Their work is phenomenal!! This time we did a local move after buying a house here in Jacksonville where we settled. James and his crew were the absolute best!! I had the pleasure of knowing Donald when I lived here prior. He left a lasting impression on me friendship wise and business wise. I will always recommend this company to anyone moving. This company was amazing. They were able to accommodate last minute arrangements along with being very professional. The 3 gentleman that were assigned to my move were so polite and took great care of my belongings. Not a single item was damaged. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely use them for any future moves.

I can not say enough good things about Troy Humphrey Moving + Storage. We were a unique situation. My husband and I were building a house and it was supposed to be finished in February of 2022 before he deployed in March. Long story short our house wasn't finished, the lease for our rental was up, my husband deployed and I was left to pack our house and move all by myself with our 1 year old. Troy Humphrey Movers not only moved my things for me but they also kept them in storage for me until our house was finished. They took such great care of our things and packed them up nicely. Exceptional Service from the moment I called several days ago to the moment I arrived to rent my storage. They were very kind and service was fast! Definitely recommend from here on out! The unit is very clean and well taken care of. Editing to add; after almost exactly a year of using their services for storage I just wanted to say it was AMAZING!
