Overall, I was very happy with the service itself. The technicians were professional, courteous, and did a great job once they were here. I truly have no complaints about the quality of the work. My only frustration was with the scheduling. My confirmed arrival window was 2–4 PM. At 10 AM, I received a text saying the technician was in the area and could arrive within 20 minutes. I responded that I wasn’t home, and he apologized and confirmed my 2–4 window. However, around 12 PM, I received another message that a technician was on the way, and he arrived shortly after. My 13-year-old son was home alone at the time, and I was in the middle of a work conference, so I had to quickly arrange for my mother to go to the house. Tru North installed 4 mini splits throughout my house. They also had to install a new fuse box because my old one was not up to code. They did a fantastic job. I have an old house (100+ yrs old). So nothing ever works the way that it’s supposed to. From Noah to Jason and the whole team they were incredibly helpful and kept me informed of every step that they were taking. Kevin and Logan did a great job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. The price for cleaning and a couple of big upgrades to our hvac system was about the same as our quote from a local competitor for just cleaning alone. They now have a new customer going forward for all our hvac and plumbing needs. Kevin was very knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to upsell anything.
