The A/C quit at around midnight. I called at 7 am to schedule someone to come out. JACE, the technician, pulled up at 9 am. Right on time. He was an Army veteran, very friendly, fast, and efficient. The system was fixed in 15 minutes. He checked out the rest of the system for us. The system was still under warranty,so the part was free. The total bill was very reasonable. They have been servicing our unit for us for a couple of years and will now be replacing the whole thing! They are always professional and friendly, as well as having great pricing. We had Brendan and Erik come out and they were both great! My husband and I have never made a decision that big before in 22 years without time to research and mull it over, but they were so transparent and answered all our questions with honesty and not just "to sell a product" that we felt it was definitely the right choice. I called True Blue Heat and Air after 1:00 on Friday because the AC at a rent house stopped working during the 100 plus degreed days of Summer 2023. They told me a tech would be here between 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. He finished the job at 3:15. I highly recommend True Blue.

Tech BRENDAN was super! Two other calls with this company, $2700 in repairs and no-one thought to clean the fins/core until Brendan???
