True Colors Painting & Restoration

I can’t recommend True Colors painting for the quality of work. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in terms to quality with any improvement company I have hired. Adem and his son are very nice people, but my time and money was wasted on a job that I now need to pay another painter thousands of dollars to fix. Adem did attempt to fix the issues, the after 6 weeks of a second attempt, the work is literally falling apart. When I brought is a few other companies, one asked if we had done the work ourselves. Adem tried to explain away the issues as house settling (my house is 10 years old, settlement to this extent doesn’t occur in 6 weeks). On top of that, now that I am really scrutinizing the work, I’m finding so many spots where my old trim color wasn’t properly covered. T

Very bad experience with Laura the owner. Planned a painting project weeks in advanced. Had the foreman out to review, discuss materials which I purchased after the site visit. Scheduled with the owner what day I wanted them to start and paid a deposit and because she refused to coordinate with her own foreman because she was sick. She canceled the job two days before it was supposed to begin. She wouldn’t pick up my call when I tried to discuss the job. And she would not pick up the phone to call me to get a credit card number, although she was the one who took payment. Being in construction for 15 years this is a prime example of a lazy owner that does not prioritize customers. Very unprofessional, very rude, definitely not reliable. Please comment if you need painter recommendation

The exterior paint job wasnt great. It started bubbling and chipping a few minths after it was done, and now it's happening all over again. Clearly not prepped or applied properly the first time. Very disappointing.

We had a very good experience with True colors. They did a really great job at a affordable price and great people to work with. Highly recommend them.

Johnathan and his crew were great. They were all very nice and professional. They did a wonderful job painting our house and were really fast to get it done.
