TruGreen Lawn Care

I had a reservice return. The service man that came out from TRUGREEN he was really excellent. He assessed the job and he went right back over my yard and I was well pleased and I thank TRUGREEN. Because if you have a problem with anything to do with your yard, they’ll come right back out and redo it and that’s what I like about TRUGREEN. They are always ready to fix and redo. If it’s something that they did that you don’t like They will fix it.

We had professional installation of brand new Zoysia Palisade grass along with an irrigation system, a goal we saved up for over four years. After the grass was laid, we received a flyer from TruGreen and decided to give them a call about three months post-installation, resulting in our enrollment with their services. Technicians came out to treat the lawn, and just three days later, it had turned completely yellow. 😳 When we reached out to their main office, we learned that they shouldn’t be applying anything to new sod, a fact we were unaware of, assuming that a lawn care expert would be knowledgeable. Talked to the specialist which was very helpful and told him I appreciate him coming out and applying to my lawn. He was very helpful and telling me helpful information about getting my loan to grow grass better.

I wrote an earlier review complaining that TruGreen failed to follow up on my complaint that my lawn was "full" of weeds even though they had been applying lawn care products since our move-in. I was initially asked to send photos of my weedy lawn but called again after receiving no response, I was told to send photos again and no response was forthcoming. However, after writing a "bad" review in Google, I was quickly contacted by a representative who apologized and came out to meet with me and look at the lawn. He quickly analyzed the issue and personally returned the next day and sprayed my lawn, both the front yard and the back. Since then, I received numerous phone calls from "corporate customer service" folks who were following up. I must say that while I wish that TruGreen responded

I have paid for trugreen for 1.5 years now. I'll admit that my lawn was not amazing when they started treating my lawn, but instead of seeing progress, my lawn has only gotten worse. I tried to call customer service and could barely understand the person "helping" me. I will be happy to improve my rating of this company if they make this right, but I sadly doubt that they will. I would suggest calling a locally owned small business to treat your lawn. I am sure you will find you experience much better than mine has been.
