I’ve been a TruGreen customer for more than 15 years. While the service quality was always somewhat inconsistent, it was never enough of an issue for me to switch providers. That changed recently when my credit card company issued me a new card number. As a result, my scheduled TruGreen payment didn’t go through. Because my phone number and email on file were outdated, TruGreen was unable to reach me - however, rather than sending a physical letter or using another method to notify me, they moved my account to a debt collection agency within three months for a balance of just $90. To be clear, the missed payment was ultimately my mistake. I can't say enough nice things. I'm a single Mom that lives in New York most of the time but also had a home in Florida. Being a women having to deal with an upkeep of a home is scary and hard to trust people! Trei the owner is the most reliable and trustworthy human! He send me weekly updates and pictures of my home and lawn! And give up updates on all things because he knows I'm far. On top of all this is services are 10/10 and super affordable. I am super blessed to have found this company!

I had a wonderful experience today with truegreen. Our technician Rascharm was exceptional. He politely contacted us at our front door to let us know he would be working on our property. He worked to expertly apply the product and appropriately tagged the property to create awareness that the property had been treated. He was excellent and I hope to have back in the futire. Truly dissatisfied with my TruGreen experience in Morristown New Jersey serviced out of the local Randolph New Jersey branch. For a company so focused on "Customer Satisfaction" they failed in completing that job. Read below if you would like to know about my experience. The cliff notes are that the techs are great, but when they make a mistake and damage the property, management is rude, quick to blame you(customer), and unwilling to correct the damage done. I will not be using TruGreen locally. A service tech came for the regularly scheduled appointment. After being told each time that they do not need to go in the backyard as we had new grass being planted.
