Gave them a second chance and failed. The customer service I have received is terrible. Joe a manger is supposed to to call me now for last 3 months. Haven’t heard from him. Ladies on service line say oh he has 24-48 hrs to respond to you. Hasn’t happened. They torched my line. Haven’t gotten rid of weeds. Crab grass, clover, and thistle are all over. They did keep dandelions away in early season. That’s nice.

They were here Wednesday July 23. I don’t know what they did, but it’s bad. They didn’t leave any information and I wasn’t home. I sent a message and I’ll be calling Monday morning. They’d better be prepared to fix my yard. One pic of my lawn before they came later that day and ruined my lawn.

Here's how the Vandalia location works. Guy gets out of his truck to spray the yard, headphones on, not paying attention to what he's doing. Sprays and kills landscape plants, wildflowers, and grapevines, even after I sent pictures of where not to treat. Manager comes out promising to make it right. We agree on them overseeding and aeration in the fall for free, for them to never show up. There isn't any customer support or respect. Do Not trust the Vandalia location to compliment your yard.

2 stars for being friendly. They say they serve the dayton area, and all I want is someone to come mow my lawn every week. After a ridiculous amount of questions, resulting in me explaining yet again, I only want someone to mow my lawn. They eventually said they can't mow my lawn, but they can come and treat my yard, which I already explained that I don't want or need, 4 times a year for only $200+ but no, no mow. WTH Why would l even consider hiring you to treat my lawn, if you won't mow my lawn. Waste of time

I'm really pleased with TruGreen's lawn Care service. My grass is gorgeous, plush and feels like plush carpet under your feet I've been with them for over 10 years now and highly recommend this company.
