If I could leave -100 stars i for sure would, this man came to my rental house, informed me the pressure switch was the reason my furnace went out, when I told him that has happened every year since i've lived here, he decided to check one more thing. A few minutes later, Tom came in my house and told me that there was a serious issue, and he needed to speak to my landlord right away.So I call the landlord, hand him the phone to hear him in the distance Telling my landlord, I know you've heard the term "The silent killer". If you need work done, contact Tom and his team. I knew my furnace was going out. I made an appointment to go over options of what I wanted and Tom filled in the gaps. He provided options and gave me the information I needed to make my choices. Setting up a date and time was simple and I was kept informed through the whole process. Tom and his crew were professional, awesome and performed outstanding quality work. All done in one day, I am totally thrilled with the end result. They are fantastic and affordable(which let's be honest, calling a professional for help is scary enough but fear of the cost can keep you from getting the actual help you need)!!! Starting with Alaina who called me back not long after I left a message(because nothing breaks till after office hours, so I left a message), she was so attentive while I stumbled through trying to explain what was going on, then kept me updated on the arrival of my technician. The technicians themselves were amazing as well.
