Turd burglars

Basil was amazing. I was distraught when I called him but when he answered "Turd Burglars" my day became exponentially better. I called at 9 at night and he offered to come out but it was going to be (understandably) $200 more for an after hours call (and 9 at night). I opted for him to come out the following day after he told me how to stop the sewage from backing up into my house until then. Basil showed up, on time, and pumped my tank. Unfortunately, I need a new leach field and he also provided me a quote for that. Basil was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Highly recommend! I had an urgent matter, called, and Wendell scheduled me for the next morning. Basil came out, diagnosed my issue in 2 seconds, and didn't charge me anything. He even sent me to his recommended store to get the necessary items for my repairs and followed up to ensure I got everything I needed. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but these guys have earned a guaranteed customer going forward!

I called Basil at 10am and he was able to fit me in by 4pm the same day. Very professional and helped me understand my system and how to keep in working properly. They pumped out two tanks. Highly recommend.
