Nothing has changed they still are the worst as you will see the new picture they do not even weed anything. The worst company I have ever seen, they have been taking care of our condo associations parking lot for this year 2021 and never come on time or come at all. When I call Condo Management and they call Ulster they claim they are on property, so I have on 2 occasions drove around the whole complex and they are NOT HERE! I realize we are a small complex which means it's mostly single parents or eldly and they may not make as much money on our contract but that doesn't mean we don't deserve to be safe. They shouldn’t have taken the contract on. We should not be treated as a filler for when they aren’t busy with the larger contracts. Unless you have a large paying contract, do not call

11:35pm Friday night 4 days after snow storm they’re cleaning a (tiny) parking lot with heavy equipment with back up alarms downtown concord, NH. Consistently a terrible job at snow removal. Have inquired if they can be more expedient and considerate, employee told me to call the police if I had a problem.

Excellent plow service. Over a foot of snow fell at once in December 2020. I went to bed snowed in and woke up at 6am pleasantly supervised that I had been plowed and shoveled overnight! Easy and quick billing. Very nice and professional. Quality work at a quality price. Will ask about other services in future!

Reasonable prices, always show up when they are supposed to. They walk you through the process and give you advice as if it were their home. Very happy with them. Staff go above and beyond expectations and are Very friendly

Drives around a truck with a super bright light shining back in your face. Very rude and makes it unsafe for other drivers
