I Do NOT recommend Dan from Ultimate Pest Control. Paid ~$300 upfront — rude service, unsafe experience, flies still present, and threatened to sue over a review. I hired Ultimate Pest Control to address a fly problem in my basement and paid upfront (close to $300). On the day of the appointment, Dan was extremely rude on the phone, and when he arrived he was even more rude in person. My pregnant wife and our 1-year-old baby just got out of the house in time before he started spraying. My two dogs and I did not. I was getting leashes on when it started to overwhelm the house. I called from a corporate location- asking if they could come and diagnose where our bees are coming from at a childrens facility. They are in our pool area not from right outside to inside the building. They offered NO help. Said I could look outside and see where they are coming from and I wouldnt want to pay them to look. If it was that easy I would have known to do this myself. The guy on the phone had NO customer service skills what so ever.

I'm been a customer for over 30 years. They have always been professional, prompt, and courteous - always very friendly. If I've had an additional pest problem, they were very prompt in dealing with it. They've taken good care of our house. Well worth it.

For over nine years we have been getting quarterly service and have never again had the pests we discovered when we moved in. Reliable, friendly service at a fair price.
