We are very pleased with the work done on replacing our driveway which was badly damaged from tree roots coming from a neighbor’s big tree. We also had a pathway poured with a separate pad for recycling bins in our side yard. We decided on a sandstone finish and are very happy with how it turned out. All the employees worked hard and got the project done within a week. David was the only contractor that provided details to his quote. We highly recommend David for your driveway, pathway and patio projects.

We needed a concrete pour and pavers to make a new parking space for our Seattle townhome. David and his team were fantastic from the very first communication. He responded quickly, had clear, up front pricing, and worked with me to come up with a good plan that fit our schedule. I recently had the pleasure of working with David, the owner of Ultra Quality Construction (UQC). They handled all the earth and foundation work on a 1,700 sq/ft home addition project; they covered the entire scope of this foundation work from start to finish. Although David’s company Ultra Quality Construction LLC was not the lowest quote, I felt the most comfortable with him. After explaining my goals, he did by far the best job of explaining in detail what the process was going to look like, each step he was going to take, what materials he was going to use, and more importantly the "why" behind everything.
