Underground Parking

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT PARKING HERE. Nightmare. No signs to exit. Smells of urine. On exit, scanning the ticket took dozens of attempts. Then it refused two credits cards. It took 10 minutes to get out. The car in front of me had similar issues. We ended up pressing the help button and they took our ticket number and address and will send an invoice.

This parking business must display the price visible to the public just not at the vending machine alone. For now, it gives no option for the public to make decisions. It creates a dead lock situation as soon as a car makes the turn. Parking signes are are unclear. It says booting clearly on the wall and did not made proper effort to avoid the booting. My suggestion would be: 1. Display the parking price visible from public sight 2. Color code the parking like for general public and tenant prepaid parking. 3. Reduce the public parking price

Parking was easy but Holly hell was ceiling low ! Glad I was in rental. But well light I wouldn’t be driving my full size truck down there as turning is tight.

SCAM! There are no prices posted anywhere inside or outside. They can force you to pay any amount they want. I tried to report it but the police say it’s not their problem.

Exit was broken and trapped a line of cars in the garage. No one was working the booth and there was no number listed to call.
