Went to green st structure , keyed in license plate to pay $15 ticket and returned to vehicle and placed ticket on dashboard. Came back to car after dinner only to find a ticket for $56 saying the parking ticket was not displayed properly since half fell in the deep dashboard of Tacoma. The fact that they asked for plate number when paying means they should have a record we paid. And when tried to talk to attendant, he said he soeak Spanish only .THIS PARKING STRUCTURE IS A SCAM - trying to get extra income from people who already paid. DRIVERS BEWARE

Had dinner at Mi Piacé restaurant in Pasadena, we get out to get our valet parked car and there are no workers around. We have been waiting a while and people are coming out to get their cars still no one around to get our ticket. When finally someone comes to get our ticket and we mention the wait, he says " well, you could have paid $20 and parked here"! So unprofessional, instead of apologizing to the customer he gives us attitude. Two people trying to service a horde of people and cars. Maybe corporate should hire more employees, and ones with less attitude. There is a sign that says "Please allow 10 minutes for car retrieval" . It should be more like a half hour!!! Bunch of incompetents!

The parking attendant near the chase Bank in pasadena threatened to fight me over me just going to use the ATM. I was using bank parking that is free for 20 min I should not have had to be threatened and extorted into paying the $10 fee!! DO NOT PAY THE FINE. IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO FINE YOU!! Neither California Vehicle Code section 22658, nor any other state law, authorizes private property owners to issue parking citations imposing monetary sanctions to the owners of vehicles parked on their property.

Unified Parking Services claims in its website that "our trained professionals are most notable for: DEPENDABILITY, PROFESSIONALISM, 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION". Hahah! It must be a joke!)) I had to use thier services only one time to understand that I'll never use them again. I would also recommend my friends to avoid this company! And that's why: 1. If you buy your tickets via SpotHero, this won't guarantee you an available spot. E.g. Even though we bought the tickets from SpotHero to park the car in Downtown LA, we were literally forced to leave the parking lot by its personnel there, even though we saw AVAILABLE spots! The personnel didn't allow us to use them! 2. It seems like personnel in this location have no idea what is good customer service: they never clearly explained the reaso
