After many years, the gas furnace they provided and installed for me is still running strong. Of the two times I've had issues, one I was able to fix myself, and one their technician was able to troubleshoot successfully. They've always been transparent with costs, and it's convenient that they keep replacement air filters on hand, at least for my model.

Had them install air conditioner and furnace plus run gas lines , they made a few mistakes but fixed them when addressed . Just called them to run some more lines and reinspect . Tells me to busy to even make me an appointment ? Call someone else . When it was a 10k job no problem, I wanted to use the same company for all hvac installs and lines . This is Just a warning for others. In response to United , I talked with a lady this morning , was placed on hold , she then told me I’m being referred to polwey plumbing ? Or something similar and they can quote me on gas lines .

My business heater went out and They were out quickly and The work was done way before promised. He was so helpful and kind.

Warning: Beware of deceptive billing and poor support. Our experience with this company was terrible due to their billing and support issues. We were overcharged for their services. When we questioned the bill, Doug assured us that charges like drive time were not applied, particularly since we live nearby. He committed to sending a corrected invoice. To our dismay, the new bill showed almost no adjustment. When my wife pressed for an explanation, Doug completely reversed course, stating they do charge for the technicians' time to locate equipment and parts, as well as drive time. We've since learned that this company has a reputation for overbilling and misleading customers about hidden fees, leading to frustrating disputes. This reveals a very shady and untrustworthy business.

Great response time! Accurate diagnosis and had the replacement part installed in no time! If we ever need assistance with our A/C again, we will totally call them! Highly recommend!
