Company is a scam. On top of my yard never ever fully being free of weeds despite me watering after service and Doing what’s told, I called and canceled. They came back out again and then charged me for it. When I refused to pay they threw me in collections. Never got any feedback after services other than the same copy and paste message from the tech every single time. Not a knock on the door. Didn’t spray the whole yard….ever….despite me showing him stakes that show property lines. The communication from this company is trash. The service is trash. Either do your own lawn care or go with another company. Don’t give them your card info.

Was a customer for several years treating & fertilizing my lawn, but recent experience was awful. Unlimited was unresponsive, misleading and unethical. I paid in advance for a one time mole treatment, they came on 31st Dec. 2025, after couple of weeks in January I complained that issue was not resolved could they please fix it in the front yard only. They dragged their feet for 40 days I must have called 7-8 times, spoke with Anthony, Molly, Matt, etc., all useless excuses, then a "fine" lady Nelle lectures me that a service provided on 31st Dec. 2025 is considered last years service and not applicable for remedy in 2026? We have used Unlimited at two separate houses now and the service is unmatched. They are quick to respond and send someone back out if there is an issue that arises. We are always notified when they are coming out to treat and the techs have been very polite.

This company is dishonest and fraudulently charges customers. On multiple occasions, I was billed the full price for both front and back lawn chemical applications, but their technicians only treated the front yard. I have clear evidence—my property is equipped with gate sensors and security cameras which prove the backyard was never entered or serviced on those dates. After I called to explain the situation and provide my evidence, I was promised a call from leadership. It has been several days, my card is charged, and not a single manager has called back to address this documented theft of service. Avoid unless you'd like to babysit their techs each visit to ensure you're getting what you paid for. Management is useless and overpromises nearly every aspect of the business. We had multiple instances over the past 2 years where only our front yard was serviced, though we pay for the entire yard. Weeds out of control (isn't that their business?), return trips that were seemingly ineffective, and the time sitting on the phone and waiting for callbacks is embarrassing. We canceled in late July and still got charged in August and September, even though our service was "paused" and no service was completed at our house.
