We received recommendations for Kris from a facebook group... everyone was raving about him! Well we are too now! He was both so professional and helpful through the entire process of our flooring installation. Kris was very communicative with our payment options and also with sending us video and photo's of our progress since we were out of town during the installation. We also were thrilled to be able to purchase our white oak hardwood floor directly from Kris. Kris also was very detail oriented in making sure to educate us about our sub floors. He explained how they were stapled and needed to be secured better, this made the floor install perfect! There are no weak spots or squeakiness as we walk on our floor. Kris was given a tough job with our project. We bought a home that was built in 1969 and still had the original shag carpet. Removing the carpet was a beast, but the floors ended up gorgeous. We chose a light gray, large plank, with beautiful transition pieces. Kris was always on time and quick to reply to my texts. I will attempt to upload photos.

Kris just finished up our home and we are so proud of how it looks! He listened to every request and detail and produced a beautiful finished product. Very thankful for his hard work and pricing. We love our floors!

Kris did such a fantastic job on our flooring install. Took his time to ensure everything was laid out so it flows properly, even took out toilet and pedestal sink - not just cut around it. We had water damage to a small part of our engineered hardwood floor after Hurricane Helene. I reached out to Kris to see if he could repair, after another company never responded to me. He answered almost immediately, gave me a quote, and was at my home to fix it the next business day! He was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. Would definitely recommend him and hope to work with him again in the future!
