From the moment we walked through the door we knew we picked the right place. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. From salesman, Dekovas, the owner, Brian, to the installers, Dustin and his crew to the plumber, Sam, scheduler, Melissa and even the dog, Oakley. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I could give Upstate Granite more than 5 stars I would! I can not say enough great things about everyone there. Mary has been AMAZING in this entire process. She is BEYOND patient with my indecisiveness and made it fun! She listened to all my concerns and together we found the most beautiful and stunning countertop. She is continuing to go above and beyond with helping me find the perfect tile backsplash and even our new built in cabinetry! In addition, Brian (owner) and the rest of his staff are fantastic and install was a breeze. There are no high pressure sales and they also keep your budget in mind while working with you. We shopped for a new countertop for almost a year. We studied and researched various options. Upstate Granite and Marble was amazing from the very beginning. Our sales associate went out of her way to meet our needs. She was able to send us home with a sizable piece of the same lot quartzite so we could see it in our lighting, with our cabinets.... The technician that came to measure was meticulous, talking us through the process. We were invited in to see how our CAD would lay out on the slab. A second associate conferred with us to ensure the best veining layout. Each time we received a phone call prior to the appointment to ensure we knew what to expect and how to be the best prepared.
