Photos included to prove the quality of work. Owner states cracks reopened due to concrete shifting, however, pictures are evidence of poor patch/crack filling work. Two separate masons both with over 20 years experience each said it was NOT due to concrete shifting. Initiated discussions regarding the spray deck in April 2021 ($2500 deposit/signed contract in June of 2021) and Upstate did not finish the project until July 2022 (yes, took them over a year and it was approximately 1100 square feet). Within 30 days of completion several areas they patched cracked/re-opened. The crew did come out to take pictures and when Bobbi reached back out to me after seeing the pictures I was told it was due to the concrete shifting and the contract does cover that. We hired them to do our garage and the work was substandard and extremely disappointing. They came up with excuse after excuse to not have to make things right. We went to court with them it was that bad. We found them to be unhelpful, extremely difficult to deal with and 100 percent unprofessional. I won't post court documents or photographs of the slipshod work, but we have it all. In the end, we hired another company to come in and correct/fix what we had paid them to do for us.Thinking of using them? Think very carefully. We wouldn't recommend them to anyone under any circumstances.

One of the workers I believe his name is Robbie goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs were satisfied. He was so kind, understanding and just an overall blessing to talk with. He walked me through everything and made sure I got exactly what I needed. If it wasn’t for him I don’t think I would go again.
