Upstate Mailbox

Jeff provided outstanding service for installation of a new mailbox that had been clipped by a snow plow. He got back to us right away during our first inquiry into getting a new mailbox installed. Because it was the middle of winter we had to wait for the ground to be softer in order to do the work. What impressed us even more was that he followed through on calling us back to notify us that he could do the work sooner due to warmer than normal temperatures. Too often these days you don’t get follow through with people and Jeff follows through! We have a nice new, very sturdy mailbox and can’t say enough about the quality of service and work done by Jeff. We highly recommend him!

Jeff did a wonderful job. We just moved into our house, and the old maibox was on its last legs. He let me know the cost for what we needed, which was very reasonable, showed up on time, was very friendly, and installed a new, great looking mailbox. Recommend 100%.

The mailbox man came the day after contacted. He encountered some issues with the old post not coming out. He had to cut it off. Glad I didn't tackle that myself. He was professional and paid attention to detail. New mailbox and post look great. Highly recommend this company.
