Called Jamie Monday morning after noticing a leak in our plumbing that was causing damage to our finished basement. I texted him a photo of the pipe once we exposed it. He called back promptly, and after establishing that the situation was under control for the time being, expected to be out on Wednesday. He was then able to get to us Tuesday morning, assessed the problem, and fixed the job, charging us exactly what he quoted when we spoke. Quality work from a professional who does all the work himself, local to Schenectady and fairly priced is something that isn't always easy to come by. I have the utmost confidence in his workmanship, recommend him highly, and plan to call him in the future when we need plumbing repairs!

When our main sewer line became completely plugged one evening, Jamie at Upstate Plumbing was on the case. While he offered to come out immediately, he also said he could be at our house first thing in the morning if we wanted to save some money and avoid an after-hours call — very upfront and professional. He arrived early (and called from the driveway to make sure his early arrival was ok) and quickly determined the issue. He was fast, efficient, personable, and had the job completed before the time he was actually scheduled to arrive. Bonus points for his professional recommendations to avoid similar issues going forward! He will definitely continue to get my business in the future and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

Jamie is a down to earth and caring person with reasonable prices. I called because some of the rooms in my house weren’t heating. He quickly bled my part of my baseboard heater and got things toasty in a jiffy all while explaining the process to me. I look forward to working with him again in the future!

The owner Jamie was here at my home today to fix my kitchen sink. I had a previous plumber who did another batch job on me and he replaced repaired and fixed everything that needed to be done and was excellent. The price was very reasonable. He’s not a ripoff man and he’s very informative. I will have Jamie do all of our plumbing as I have one other thing in the past that he is taken care of a toilet, which was an old timer. He did take the time to go around and find the parts that was needed so we didn’t have to replace the whole toilet. I highly recommend Jamie for any of your plumbing needs.

Jamie fixed my leaky drain under my kitchen sink. He was on time for our appointment (which we were able to make for the following day) and did a wonderful job.He was professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him!
